About Me
I have worked in the Early Care and Education field for over 30 years in a variety of capacities. I am the author of three books published by Redleaf Press. My lifetime goal has always been to support individuals in their lifelong journey to become effective, productive adults. I have held many positions from classroom teacher to NAEYC Validator; from professional trainer and public speaker to the Manager of Accreditation for the National Afterschool Association. The variety of positions only increases my understanding of individual circumstances and has created a foundation of information allowing me to quickly provide resources and outline strategies to the challenges presented by environment or personnel.
